Structure overview:

The control cabinet is of GGD closed structure and opposed access door at the front and back for operation and maintenance. The gauge, control switch and potentiometer are installed front door plank of the cabinet; the signal light is installed on the top panel in the front of the cabinet and the entrance hole is set at the bottom of the cabinet for user connection. See Figure (II) for its appearance and installation dimensions.

Chapter II: Instructions for Use of Control Cabinet

I. Purpose:

ZK-KS control cabinet, characterized by good output characteristics, simple structure, reliable performance, strong anti-interference performance and convenient regulation and maintenance, applies to trigger control and protection of the silicon controlled rectifier used as electrolytic power supply.

II. Product standards and service conditions:

1. The product meets the following standards:

IEC146 International Electrotechnical Commission Standard

GB3859-93 Power Semiconductor Converters

JB/T7840-1998 and other standard requirements

2.1 The AC network shall meet the provisions in 4.1.1 of GB3859-93.

2.2 The altitude does not exceed 1000m.

2.3 The indoor and environment temperature is 5?~+40?, with the change no more than 30? within 24h.

2.4 The relative humidity does not exceed 90%.

2.5 There is no conductive, explosive dust or gas or steam corroding metal or destroying insulation in the operation site.

2.6 There is no violent vibration or impact and the vertical gradient during installation does not exceed 5%.

III. Structure overview and working principle

1. Structure overview:

2. Electrical principle and description

The control loop of the control cabinet contains the fault signal detection circuit and trigger control circuit. The fault signal detection circuit mainly contains the corollary equipment failure and state quantity collection, DC current and DC voltage collection, rectifier transformer oil temperature and rectifier cooling water temperature and pressure collection. The trigger control circuit contains feedback signal disconnection and other protection functions. The running program is logic and has fault self-diagnosis alarm and handling system. For higher system operation reliability, the control system also has the zero start function. The control system of the device has two forms, as follows:

2.1 Fault signal detection circuit

Siemens programmable logic controller PLC is mainly used to achieve good collection and logic processing and the LCD touch screen is used to achieve detection and control.

2.2 Trigger control circuit

       Two channels are established for simultaneous working, one for system hot standby and the other for system working. In case of failure in the running channel, the online standby system is quickly and automatically converted to operation, effectively ensuring normal operation of the system. To achieve maximum power factor of the system and reduce the harmonic quantity, the control system is equipped with the combined operation system of a control angle and on-load switch. According to different load needs of the user, the programmable control system is used for program control, further improving the overall stability and reliability of equipment.
